Have you Made profits by Mistakes ?

Made profits from our mistakes could happen if we are lucky only so you shouldn't depend on your luck only.
Luck won't come everyday and anytime we need so it's better to prepare what the worst which could happen
so if you made mistakes, your loss won't be too high.

I think this can happen sometimes in trade with forex. especially with Beginners who are still looking for the chance to help make trades. so they always open without profit analysis and when they could get their TP hit by mistake, the market was right for them and no more.

Surely when you do no stick to your plans you will have mistakes once in a while. If you stick to your plan you will make profits more than losses. Of course this is if your plan is a good and profitable plan. Also, you should not trade too much on Friday as the market cannot be predicated on this day.

I have experienced too. I have two platforms in my computer. demo accounts and real accounts with different brokers. I usually try an entry point with a demo account first. if the demo account is profit, then the entry in the real account. one day, I open a position with a large lot. I think it's in the demo account, it turns out, I was wrong in choosing a platform. it's real account. then I panic. but then, a happy ending. My position is close more than 50 pips profit, and it's real account.

Today i made 54 dollars profit by two consecutive mistakes and i am wondering how i got this profit today. I Placed a buy order for EUR/USD but the order was placed for USD/JPY by mistake. EUR/USD went against my desired price but i saw on my terminal my position was in profit. I was shocked what is happening and on later i saw the order was for USD/JPY and it was moving upward. I closed the trade manually on 15 dollars profit.

On later i placed The order for EUR/JPY and i had to trade the volume of 0.5 mini lots but i place the order of 5 mini lots. I shocked when spread cost displayed 19.50 in my terminal. Price went against me for 3 pips and my loss reached to 39 $. I decided to close the position but at once it moved downward and it gave me 39 $ profit at once.

Ever you made profits by mistakes like me ?

i never make profit by mistakes infact i never make profit till now . but still i m waiting for my first withdrawal i hope this month i will make profit and will definately withdraw that profit

This is true incident happened with me few days back:
I thought to close a trade in gold which i opened and little lower price and i was in hurry instead of clicking on close i clicked on buy, and after some time i checked i did big mistake but fortuantely til that time prices were 4$ up i closed both by trades and by mistake made extra profit.

Yeah even though we can make profit accidentally but we should not try to repeat that accident again, and yes i agree you can get profit some time by chance but not repeatedly so it is better to follow the tested strategy and stict to that.
