Why in Forex there are so many who lose?

I think many traders fail in forex trading because of the lack of proper knowledge. You can not be a good trader over-night. You can not earn huge profits from forex and be rich quick. There are so many loosers in forex,because up to 80% of the new forex traders starts trading very fast - they need education,they need practice ,they need to have strategie before start,but they don't think about this and invest their money,as they think that when they know only what is forex they can earn good money,but what ??They loose it.
