I think many traders fail in forex trading because of the lack of proper knowledge. You can not be a good trader over-night. You can not earn huge profits from forex and be rich quick. I think, the loss is not only due to lack of knowledge. Almost every trader must have learned, but they are often violated trading rules. They lost because of indulging in emotions. And the emotions, arising from lack of discipline.

I think they lose because of these reasons:
1. They are gambling, not trading
2. They do not have a good trading plan
3. They do not cut loss when they lose
4. They follow bad advice

the losers are more in the market because of the risks and every body in the market is trying to get the money of the other traders so most of the traders in the market like to get the money of the other traders with their good strategy.
