Why in Forex there are so many who lose?

in forex you invest your money for your earning but on the other hand there is fact of loss but if you are good trader then it is easy for you to earn but when you are new then you become emotional in the market and lose your money .

I think many traders fail in forex trading because of the lack of proper knowledge. You can not be a good trader over-night. You can not earn huge profits from forex and be rich quick. yes, your statement is correct. forex trading business is risk business. lack knowledge and low capital money and more numbers of trading open positions are making the loss of money . so, many people are fail in the forex trading business.

Forex has so many losers because every one who comes in forex takes it the best source of quick earning and this is the most dangerous thought. Greed is the most common reason behind the loss of majority of traders, so every one who tries to earn quickly in forex just join the long list of losers.

I think the main reason is lack of knowledge. Mostly people think that forex trading is very easy way to earn, its true that its easy way but you must gain proper knowledge and experience first, mostly people neglect the learning sector and try to earn huge so they fail.

People loose in forex due to many reasons. I think one major reason is that they trading with out proper money management. If you are trading with out proper money management there is a high chance you will loose soon. Because since the market is highly volatile you may caught up with margin call if you open larger lots or open so many trades.

The trader must be prepare for accept the loss or the profit. No trader can make only profit from the Forex market. Because the Forex market do not give any surety of profit. We must accept the loss some times. And the low loss is better than the high loss.

I support your opinion.To become a chemical Engineer,we have to study for sixteen years.So,why we want to be a successful trader over night? Is it not madness?We have to understand that,to earn money is not so easy.
