hayyy ... As my opinion Forex is a sea which is full of treasure in the middle of the sea and you are on boat. If you will full your boat to collect treasure and you will move to ward shore then you will sink. It is up to you how you will take safely this treasure to the shore. i agree with you that For Forex trading a great knowledge and high experience and if a trader have it then he become a successful trader but some trader have not have experience and not have great experience then he become loss so these trader required to practice with demo account and become a successful trader and earn lot of money in very less time duration.

i think thats because they can not control the greed, emotion, inpatient, also may be because they had a bad money management. theres many factors can causing the traders gaining loss. so i think to avoiding the loss, we should using the stop loss or trailing stop in evry position than we open. I think many traders fail in forex trading because of the lack of right knowledge. You can not be a good trader over-night. You can not earn huge benefits from forex and be rich quick.
