before talking about winner's mentality,You should have enough knowledge and experience ,If you have a complete formation in Forex,then the winner's mentality come directly,I give you a simple example : We all know what is FC BARCELONE ,Why they win all the time ,Because they have belief and confident in their capacities and formation .

after winning a trade the traders will get over confident .they will consider themselves as supremes sometimes.So we should control our mind and trade properly.even if we win also we should stay calm.

Haan, ye baat aapne bilkul sahi ek baar trade profit mein band hone ke baad trader over-confident ho jata hai aur one after another trade kholta rehta but usse ye nahi malum hota ki iss over-trading ki wajah se usska pura account blown ho sakta hai.Jabki winners ki mentality ye hoti hai ki thoda hi profit ke baad trading band kar dete hain woh ek baad ek trade nahi karte.

Anubhav is right. Winners are the people who keep in their mind that they have to save their money not to lose it. Beside that they also think over how profit will be created from the same money. They like to be win most of the times. Meaning of this is not that they wons 100% trades. they book loss also when the trend changes or any major direction will change takes place.
