A good trader always have plan B if plan A is going to fail than he use plan B to avoid from maximum loss I have plan in breakout situations I divide my whole risk in two trades if my first trade goes in wrong direction I use my second trade to minimize my loss, if market goes in my favor than I scale in my present Position.

many situatiosn wil lncome so you must have plan A=b or plan C even It works good on bigger accounts because we cannot risk of loosing all the capital that we have with us.

yes. off course we have alternative plan that i can implement in right way. I do use a prepare W meaning an alternative approach in case some sort of business moves drastically wrong or even you will discover unsure industry problems or even through times when development is just not clear. Therefore some sort of dealer should have another prepare in mind in case of a crisis. By way of example one can possibly employ Hedging in case of a bad business or even unsure industry problems.

NO, i dont always use my plan B. Because i just use my plan B if i trade with small lotsize only. When i trade with big lot, then i dont have other option if my position was wrong, i must cut loss the position

i believe in plan B in forex you must have all sorts plan and you should do whatever you can so many situations will l come so you must have plan A b or plan C even but I think good traders only when the trend is clear and we are able to see the signals. This is so because we cannot risk of loosing all the capital

we should have an alternative plan not only plan b, but if necessary we can use up to 4 alternate plan, because if we can not use one plan that we still have another alternative plan, fortunately we will be more flexible in the act

My plan B in the forex market is my stop loss, this is because i have lost accounts just because my risk was high in the market and hence i resolved to be using stop loss as plan B , which is another way of telling the market if my trade goes the other way

i have used hedging as my plan B in several times. but failed to get benefit of it due to the less knowledge in that area. now i use stop loss if my position moves to the opposite of the desired direction and open a new position targeting to cover the loss i had from the previous trade. it worked well in several times. but need to identify correct time to open the new trade.
