in my opinion when a beginner mine that they have lot of experience , knowledge and good money management and if they are already work more time in demo account then i can say there it is the good time for doing Forex trade but try to start with a low leverage for test there trade strategy.

Boss It completely depends on your trading style. For scalping Asian session is considered to be safe as the market is range bound most of the times and for swing London and US sessions can be use as we have good volatility during these times\/
