So far I have observed that ending a few hours and starting several hours each session is very important
and the best for trading because at that time there is more market activity compared to other times.
Normally I trade at times overlapping with London and New York sessions and this is the best time for me.

actually I consider when trading there is no specific time for Forex trading . Every time is best for Forex and we just apply a good strategy and good indicator for find good trading point . But in share business day time traders are more successful than night time trader . News time also a good time for trade .

in forex dear I actually do believe there are no specific time for Forex trading , every moment is important for Forex trader . I believe we shouldn't wait for specific time for trade , because market trend is more important than everything . Some trader follow news for take opportunity .

many traders trade in different time but the best time for trading is from 3 pm up to 10 pm and this time is very suitable for the income because in this time the market movement is very fast and the traders could judge the market trend very easily .
