I think when trading with the daily system means trading with scalping and time of the M5 and M15 and use it the right time when trade with the scalper or with H30 and H1 is a trader with all the daily type of trader in question depends on which one is more profitable

The best time for trading if you want safer time for your account is Asian session. The market movements during this time is minimal and not deadly. You can even sleep if you want and just set your stop loss and take profit in the right parameters.
But if you want high volatility wait for UK and US session very rapid market movements can happen at that particular time.

all the time you have free time, i think it can be a good time to trade, because if we dont have free time, then how we can trade well and make a good trading? because trading is need concentration to make a good analysis
