Hedging vs Stoploss?? What would you Prefer??

i think hedging is a better option,but for experienced traders only. i tried to hedge once and blew almost 150$ of my 200$ account, so you can realise that its risky. the problem becomes when you fail to recognize the true trend completely.

I find that Hedging and Stop loss has the same as a function, this reduces the level of risky taht involved, but for me, I used asa hedging to protected the losses, when the prices is really reversed course I'll cover what I consider hedging transactions to protect my losses really !!

The best way to minimize loss according to me is using of stop loss instead of hedging as it is very complicated and dangerous strategy not suitable for newbies like me.I just use both take profit and stop loss while trading and it is a very effective way of risk management.

I think it would be better kta using stop-loss of the hedge, but some traders prefer to do hedging, and out at forek signal indicates reverse direction, as a beginner I have not been able to hedge, it would be better if I use a stop loss order to avoid the risk

There are several methods available to all forex traders to control the amount of losses that the could get. A few of them are Stop loss, hedging, trailing stop loss and even the take profit. The one i want us to analyse is the stop loss and hedging. Both of them are effective in their own ways. I start with the stop loss in most my trade but i prefer to use hedging. Hedging is just a few clicks away and when it is done, we start recovering some of our profits but the stop loss closes our trades immediately they are activated so there is no chance to make up for losses except in the next trade. Which is best for you?

I think trader who choose hedging is the profesional trader that have ability to manage their trade...and have ability to predict what happen next in their trading...but as a new trader I prefer stop loss ..if we discipline...I think...in the next trade...we'll get profit

I think this would really be personal decision of a trader but for me i'll still prefer to use stop loss because i've not really tried hedging but i've always used stop loss
for me, stop loss more useful to save our account from Margin Call, but if you are have good in trading and know about pair that you using, you can using Hedging to take back your profit . but it need skill and patient

I think we can use hedging using small lot...so not have a big risk...hedging is no need analize...only find the best currencies...so..the profit is not big too when we use a small lot like 0.01..but if it just to increase the equity...we can use hedging using small lot
