What are looking for in a good broker?

For me a good broker should have:
good customer support
good and fast deposit and withdrawal system
variety of deposit and withdrawal methods and
a lot of contests and bonus

Since all my requirement are present in Instaforex so I do not need to search a new broker.

All these points are very good and a trader must make sure a broker is capable and also he should charge less spread apart from all the points you have mentioned.A broker must be reputed as well.

For a good broker, I think the first and most important thing is honest, if the boker is not honest, even a cheater or scammer, then how can we make money and withdraw it, at the other side, maybe we will lose our money, that is terrible. and good execution, good connection speed, the lot size suitable for our capital.

Other order execution should be fast, slow server prevent us from executing timely orders, then their terms should be easy and should have good liquidity.

Yes, majority of the retail forex traders is scalper and a scalper requires very good order execution because some times scalpers have to close orders with the profits of 1 or 2 pips when they realize that market is not going in their direction any more.
