The thread title is exactly true, we are our own enemies because each and every wrong decision is made by us. We do mistakes ourselves. Forex is the business that needs a great deal of knowledge and experience in a trader, now it is our mistake that we start trading without proper knowledge and education.

Yes positive attitude in trading is really good to have profit. But also we should realize that the loss what we suffer in trading also due to our own mistakes and we should learn to recognize them and solve to be successful in this business. Positive attitude without the open mind to accept our mistakes is of no use.

really should be trading with a head cold or fresh if you're no burden, there is a problem, or not in the mood should not be trading because it will affect your trading and will most likely LOSS.
