Emotions and forex trading we should not mix them because if we mix them then the result will not be profit it will be loss becasue emotions makes the trader more greedy and in greed they get blind they only see money around them and they make mistakes in the greed which as a result is loss. Yes i agree with your thing point that traders are the real enemy of them If they learn it fully with good skills and also avoid from the greed. I see many time and most traders face loss due to their greedy behavior.

It's very important to control your emotion.
Sometimes if we get loss we just frustated.
You can give your motivation by speak at yourself like "I must can, I can do it, i can do that".
It can give your deep mind to do what have been spoken.
