i guess, we are not enemy for ourselves, but we only need to control ourselves then we can do trading with properly, and actually all is caused by habit, here is, we bring daily habit to this business and at last become the problem, and it means, actually, we are not good in daily life too, because of the habit,

our self have two kind of element, as asset and enemy.
* as asset : our self is the first asset for doing this job, and our spirit is also the asset for doing this job, including our mindset and skill.
