Forex trading main muje sab se zayda tention hoti hai, but ye bi trading ka hisa hia kabi market up hoti hai kabi down, mere khyal se real account pe ane se phele demo account pe complete practice kar leni chaye ta ke loss ka dar km ho.

I do think that many of traders here accept the tension and depression as a part of the Trading and it is a good sign of improvement because earning money will never come without hard work. And hard work meaning is we have to take risk , and handle all those depression and tension effectively.

I do believe that Tension depends on the state of our mind. You can not neglect it but you can control it and press it with the help of using stop loss and take profit. We feel tension when we trade on big loss cause we have fear that may be our account will wipe off soon. so trade with small lot and keep away tension from ourselves.
