I think you are right.But, to remove tension & depression you should enter demo account.I think demo account can remove tension & depression usually.

As a human being tension, depression is a natural thing. But when a trader gather huge knowledge and experience and do properly analysis then he can reduce his tension and depression.

Yes...right you are. tension and depression is the subject of human being and natural matter. but forex trading market have to more tension, because we are not clear about the trading market to up or down. so traders really fill tension and depression to save their invest. its clear that forex have more tension than earning.

I think Earning is more than depression and tension and Every trade is tension and that's why it's not great matter you should control your emotion and basically i never take tension because i know if i try slowly and use perfect strategy when i get win and avoid the problem of emotion because it is harmful for this trading system.

When I just started trading forex, I do experience such emotion.I need to focus on the screen as long as my trades are open. When I need to leave them overnight because of negative, I couldn't sleep well. As times go, I learn to handle my emotion and keep on telling myself that forex is an investment, sometimes you make and sometimes you lose. Money can earn back but not health. Now I have learned to take it easy.

yes, its very much about stress, so the main factor here is being comfortable and concentrate, a excellent investor will never anxiety if they saw -30 in their trades, most of beginner will and cut their drops, but in the end the expert investor won cause the pattern returning to their route.
