dear sir, yadi hum koi bhi business karte hai to usme hame sabse pahle tension hi hota hai, kyoki tension hote hi hame samjh me nahi aata ki hum kya kare, iskeliye hame hamesa vo work nahi karna chahiye jisse hame work karne se pahle hi tension start ho jaye, uske liye hame business ko achchi trah se samjh kar work start karna chahiye jisse trader ko work karne par or business me loss nahi hoga aur vo hamesa profit par hi chalega.

I think many beginner traders take depression and despair in this forex trading business.SO if we take small risk then tension become less but if we take risk more then its hard to focus on forex trading market .Actually some expert traders do everything and when they do trading with discipline .But i think for new traders it is totally difference when they have very less experience.
