Tension and depression does come and take over you when you use a bad skill or plan or imply a wrong plan or trading. It does also create depression and tension when u have fear of losing money and if due to some circumstances their is chance of exchange crash or loosing of your investment. its all risk hence there is greater compatibility of the depression and loosening money in all seems attained. To go over that, one should be strong enough to play cards of winning and loosing and must have the stronger heart to accept the loss also than getting a win.
