A trader must always stay calm and composed and he should be relaxed while trading as depression will lead to confusion and indiscipline should minimize the risk of loss that they can in every transaction

Yes it is very bad for trader if trader make same mistake again and again. So trader should learn their mistake and try to be careful because they dont make that mistake again. I think trader should trade with fresh and focus.

I think tension and depression is only for those trader who do not study the rule of the market or do not wait for the trend of the market. I do not take any tension and depression on the forex market because i now i will earn the money.

I think if we are in profit we want to protect it and get tensed, if we are in loss we want to cut down it and we get tensed, so it is up to us to learn how to handle this situation. And , we can decrease that by control our emotions and put our own accurate strategy and to be disciplined .and also we should decrease our lot.

hi may frind, i'am agre with you, in may opinion i think that beginners should practise trade in the demo account and learn experience to avoid the lose when they trade in the real account .but depression and despair is normally in the forex because we are all exposed to loss money

tension is more when you trade with small balance or trade with big lot. but at the end you will forget everything when you get profit. follow the rule of money management.

Nahi, agar aisa ho raha hain toh fir FOREX aapke liye nahi hain. FOREX mein profit aur loss hona laazmi hain. Agar profit ho toh khush hone waali koi baat nahi, aur agar nuksaan ho toh dukhi hone koi jaroorat nahhi. Profit karke aap nuksaan replenish kar sakte ho. Dimaag shant rakhein, experts ki baat sune aur is atbhut seva ka laabh uthayein.

if you loss money you will get depression . If you want avoid the tension and depression you should workout in
demo account. It will helps to avoid loss and also tension and depression also.
