if you have good trading strategy and discipline with it, you can not get tension and depression in trading, because you will understand the market and your trading strategy, if you want to success and gain good income follow rules in trading well.

I think many beginner traders are depressed and discouraged in this forex trading business.
If we take a small risk then the tension becomes less but if we take more risks then it is difficult to focus on the forex trading market.
Actually some expert traders do it all and when they trade with discipline.
But I think for new traders it's really different if they have very less experience.

the tension during trading is normal but for me the tension even after the trade coz then I start poking myself thinking that I can follow this kind of trading even tomorrow to gain profit or will I get big loss tomorrow, yes it is true With clear strategy and basis, I can get a great place almost all the time but still with the tension keeping the same profit figures and also not ending up with a few dollars at the end of the month, not exactly greed but some sort of un-comfortableness that I can not get rid of

it is a business and with starting and running a business there is tension and with this you might face depression..we invest our money and there is always a fear of loosing money that leads to taking tension a alot and then resulting in depression but you should not take tension,you should avoid that thing and always trade with a relaxed mind..
