Dear in fact I consider forex is a depression and mind tension game but only if the people land in loss.Otherwise if we trade well forex will be a playful and when we win we will get a great feeling of success

I think that stress and depression is bad and it is not possible to influence your profits and if you are not strong enough of psychology, you can not control greed in trading or open pistion

Tension is more when you try to trade with higher lots which is one of the bad thing so try to avoid it and try to place the stop loss and take profit for each of your trade then you can easily without any tension.

When I just started trading forex, I do experience such emotion.I need to focus on the screen as long as my trades are open. When I need to leave them overnight because of negative, I couldn't sleep well. As times go, I learn to handle my emotion and keep on telling myself that forex is an investment, sometimes you make and sometimes you lose. Money can earn back but not health. Now I have learned to take it easy.
