Tension and depression is more than Earning ?

I think so, trad means a tension and depression business many trader are not sleep at night for tension that what will happen to me if i will lose and who will help me than because it is a risky business.

Overtrading will only increase our mental pressure and once the mental pressure is high we are not in a calm state of mind..! We can not expect the best performance from our mind when the mind is stressed and loaded with lot of pressure..! The only way to deal with this is to be relaxed..!

yes friend you are right in forex trading tension and depression is always more than earning because a trader have always in fear that i would get loss any time but his depression is lost when he got profit but in my views forex trading earnings is always full of many tensions,depressions and fears.

actually i do not take tension about the forex market because my investment is good and i manage money well and before open any deal i always read the forecast then trend the market and read the indicators so i always be happy about profit

I heard from many traders that forex is a tense game. traders say the earning from forex trading is not more than the depression and tension.

Disagree with you ... Forex profession interesting and fun do not cause any pressure or depression .. If the trader feel depressed and the pressure must be stopped from trading because this will bring him only a loss .. Forex .....trader needed high concentration and a clear mind

The trader will get high tension because the pressure when they suffer losses in the trading, and it affects their emotions ..
but as traders we should understand the risk that we will get in the trading, and not depressed when experiencing a loss like that ..
