use a smartphone and you don't need expensive on the latest versions just look for one with good connectivity to the internet i myself use samsung galaxy s4 and it's very good HTC is good so maybe give them a try

yes everyone can do open and close trades from mobile, but it is very difficult for analysis,trader needs proper charts for analysing trades and then open but there is bo such mobile in which trader follows trend so laptop is best for analysis the market..

Yeah,
Anyone can make trade with mobile, its no problem about it but you can not use mobile all time. Because its not possible to analysis with mobile.
Just you can see only profit or close or open a trade or check your status of trade.

I think there is a difference platform for mobile and its windows mobile support.
Anyway because there is no windows mobile for me anyway i can not
trade via mobile but when i search for many days before then see one broker offer mobile trading which supports java mobile too but do not know the possibility to transact or just see live rate.

You can easily trade on the mobile with the help of the metatrader on the android mobile but for that you must have to install it on your mobile. After that you just have to attach your account to the metatrader on your metatrader on the mobile so that you will able to trade on the mobile at any time.
You can also first open the demo account on the metatrader so that you will get familier with the application so that it will help you while trading on the real account.
I think this is one of the good strategy with the help of which you can start to trade on the mobile.
