depending on the style of trading is used, if scalping course will be longer in front of the chart, if I include the intraday, I was just in front of the chart london session and U.S. session, which is sufficient need at the time for the next 4 hours chart. even less than these hours, because I was only targeting 10 pips per day. as I will get headache, if stay too long in front of computer..

when i start the trading i am stay on the front of chart more then 10 hours daily but now i understand the market movement now i am front on the chart mostly 5 to 6 hours
