I trade only in London sessions and New York sessions ... After closing London, I stop trading ...
I use my other time to study or read the news ... If you are an intraday trader then you do not need
to look at your chart . at every 15 minutes ... 1 hour and 4 hours is my favorite time frame ..
So i have plenty of time to do something else ..
