pehle jab main forex mein new tha tab main forex mein jyada se jyada dhyan deta tha aur bahut jyada demo account mein lagatar practice karta tha aur kabhi kabhi toh main chart ke saamne 4-5 ghante tak baitha rahta tha.aajkal main kam se kam ek din mein 1-2 ghante hi trading karta hun.

My trading platform is open for almost 15 hours a day but i dont spend my time in front of pc all the time. i just let it run on its own and check it at regular intervals.
