How long you in front of the chart?

for me i stay in front of the chart jut for 4 hours per day and this is very enough fr me to realize a good performance ,also its very better to watch the chart in a long time , because this can helps you to understand the movement of the pairs in the market

friends i think it is dpend on you yhat long chart you are seeing if your time period is very short term then you should see five minute chart and if some long you should see one hour chart in the market.

Too much of everything is bad. Skip 10hrs straight off the pc is not only cumbersome, but not good also to learn. Everyone needs a break every 1-2 hours learning otherwise are not effective, and we all know the effect of stress on trade not act positve. So better take a break from 10-30 minutes with hesitation in my opinion
