How long you in front of the chart?

As far as my concern, I watch the chart just 10-15 minutes and look towards indicators then I make the plan of my trading and enter in the market, I am earning reasonable amount while trading with this method and I am enjoying my trading, I never sit the maximum time in front of chart as I have lot of experience about forex trading.

I am also a newbie and sometimes even up to 10 hours along the chart and this is very tiring everybody needs break every 1-2 hours else the learning is not effective and we all know the effect of stress on trading is not positve. so its better to take a break of 10-30 minutes frequently in my opinion..

the long of you don't burned through 2-6 hours persistently its still a sound approach to exchange, cause not just a human body need rest after a hardwork, however our mind will likewise nee a break to give the cerebrum the opportunity to get new oxygen and revive the cells. jab tak acchi trend aur trade nahi mil jati hai tab tak analysis jari rakhna chahiye kyonki acchi analysis se chart par acchi trend milti hai market me barabar najar rakhna jaruri hai kyonki najar hatte hi wo movement kab kar de pata bhi nahi chalta hai.

Because i am not willing to start having Forex overtradings, I am always spending a small amount of time in Forex charts. From 30 minutes to 45 minutes is my preferred amount of time spent.

I spend a pretty big time in front of the charts looking for a good setup to trade, and if I do not find a good setup, I prefer to sit and wait for something worth trading; I also listen to Bloomberg radio to figure out what the market is thinking.

bhai ji sab trade open rehta hai aur movement tez hota hai toh mein chart par hi nazar rakhta hoon movement slow hoti hai toh stop loss aur take profit ka use karta hoon aur apne baaki kaam karta hoon agar TP aur SL laga hota hai toh phir koi tension nahi hoti hai

I usually will stay ahead of the chart between 3 to 4 hours until I get a good setup for trading
but I only do this at the time of a particular session, I had never been in front of the charts during the Asian session, as the price range during the Asian session was very short, so it is difficult to gain an advantage in the session
