In a day, I can state less than 30 Minutes in front of charts and in some days i will not even look at charts. This is because of the fact that in Forex business, One checks charts according to their trade style. I use only long term.

on the morning time i take some data .. like opening price of today.,. and high, low, close price of previous day. then i use to calculte .the pivot points. now i am find the differnce between opening price with pivot points. so if ithe lowes differnce is on pp.. level.. then that day i will be trade. but the lowest level is on s1,s2 or r1,r2 leverl then its means market is going to reversal or going to flat.. so i m not trade on lthat day. i am wait for the first condition.
