How long you in front of the chart?

i think that will be more better if you do with smartness, i think that reading charts more then 5 hours really damage your eyes and physically you also affect by waves form monitors right.I think we should read an charts according to the our trading strategies.

I'm addicted to the forex trading and I stay in front of the chart almost all day long and Some times I'm not looking at the chart and at that time I'm looking for happening in the market and the news and also participating in the forums

Mai usually daily har session mein 1 hour aur day close ke baad bhi 1 hour chart dekhta hu to asian close london close aur us close total 3 gante tak mai chart watch karta hu aur kyoki mai price action nahi activity dyan mein rekhta hu kis session mein achi volatility thi to mai usi hisaab se next session jo ki active that uski wait karta hu aur trades plan karta hu.
