Which trends do you think is best for us to follow?

depends on our own trading style
for a scalper, they see the trend in the h1 and entry in m5 or M15
while for the daily traders, they prefer to see the trend in h4 or daily, and entry in the M15 or h1

I think 1 h trend is best for Forex trading.But it is fully depend on you trading strategy.if you become a short time trader then you can see the 15 min time frame trend.If you become scalper then you can see the 5 min trend.But i think 1 h and 3 min time frame is best for making analysis.You can see this two time frame trend for making analysis.

The best trends that we should follow depends on our trading style. Scalping, day trading and position trading all have their own different trends that they follow so we must follow it the same way as well when we are trading forex.

I think Forex is a good job.yes i agree even though a trader may be a scalper, a thorough analysis of bigger time frames is quite good to make a right order. i use to trade on m5 but i constantly check m15 h1 h4 and daily chart.Best of luck.......................................

And also try to analyze with zigzag indicator. It is very useful for me. Zigzag is the indicator that accurately shows the past trend, So we can able to analyze easily in the chart.
