I think depends on the strategy that we use to trade, and what makes us comfortable. I use a short-term strategy, so I also feel comfortable when seeing a trend in the short term as well, but sometimes I also look at the long-term trend to be a reference, because they have seen the other conditions of the other time frame to add information about market conditions.

Dear friends I think 1m is best for short tread. I always use it when I tread. I don't know its good for everyone. I just think it is the best. I also use 5m and 10m. But 1m is more comfortable....!.....thanks all members
