Which trends do you think is best for us to follow?

for me to follow the best trend we must do depend our good habit, and for me the best trend its use TF 1 H. but sometime i use TF15 M. i use TF 1H because i usually use fundamental analysis with following news.

It is always better to wait before we decide on any trends in the markets, since most of the trends are not immediately visible and we have to wait for a long time before we can see them. And also we will make more profits if we continue in the trend for long periods of time sine then the number of pips gained will be more.

As said, trends are not visible from the point it starts, only with higher level of analysis we can identify it. And it's not advisable by many traders to enter from the beginning of the trend itself, they do emphasize for confirmation of those trend appearance. So waiting for right entry point which is supported by confirmation is essential to be winning in Forex.

I usually trade in gold or eur-usd and both have good fundamentals for long term, so i often follow bullish trend only, as even if prices come down, it gives the opportunity to wait for some time for those prices to return instead of closing your position due to long term stop loss and losing heavy.
