there are 2 news whose effects are most dangerous, when the releaseof NFP news (NonFarmPayroll) regarding changes in the number of people working in the U.S. that came out in the first week of every month ;
and news of the FOMC MEETING usually come out before market close.
By the 2 news release price can move up and down quickly or very little effect ...
Traders usually focus on two of this news because they can take a profit very quickly.
When the FOMC news came out, EURUSD price moves at high speed and moves in 1 hour with a range of 150pips.
You should observe and do not directly enter the market with reckless because of the price movement is very unstable...

yeah, i think i have been speculation to trade in the comodity market. because my balance is too low, i feel very fear when it.
maybe my way is not good, because our mm is bad, and i try to use money management every i trade.

High Impact news effects price to have tendencies to move quickly ; with medium impact news prices can move a lot / moderate, while the news LowImpact usually a small price movement effect or no effect at all.

metal ka ek accha dik he ki agar kisisi ke paas accha balance ho to wo long time kar sakta he. jaise ki aapne kaha. aur metal me moving bhi huge hota he. news trading agar karta he to use full profit hone ka chance he. agar usne sahi news trading sikha ho.

yes dude i would always insists to trade metals only when the balance is $100 and above and that too with 0.1 lot size and constantly monitoring it. fixing a well defined target is a necessity if one couldnt monitor it
