I think price action is very good strategy for technical analysis. I am using price action with fibonacci, Trendlines, and SnR. With technical analysis, i can know very well when i need to entry and when i need to exit my order. For newbies should learning about price action.

Sorry I do not understand the use of Fibonaci far I only use candelistic alone in my trade, so I do not know much about the indicators and how to use,

AUDUSD overview for October 23; 2012 we have unclear trend at the momement, 1.0400 is already set as a strong resistance then the bears can short selling in it with three target will be set at 1.0350 as a first traget then 1.0278 and it will go towards the last target when our support are placed since 4 days 1.0243 then bulls will bid at a low pric for long buying but we have to be careful by setting out stop loss below the support.

Before setting pivot, i advise you to master the use of FIBONACCI, otherwise it'll be useless. follow my instruction to find a good pivot point by using the Fibonacci retracement >> look at the top left corner of your MT4 account , click on this icon then drag it on the chart, starting from the highest rate of today to the lowest rate then the level 50% of Fibonacci is a pivot point (we should to use the timeframe of M15). But there is also a formula to calculate the pivot point using yestertady low, high and close. (PP = (H + L + C)/3 )

Yes! you're right you MUST becareful at trading because Forex is a high risky market had ever seen. In Life what thing i had learnt you can't pass over steps, Evrything goes steps by steps, Some traders are greedy and did not respect their money managment at Forex for that they are losing money faster. And everybody want to get faster without any effort and learning forex seriously. This's the biggest mistake to think that is easily to earn in this market.

In order to make money at Forex, you must learn from people who create the system, such as Economist, mathematician, computer-scientist, But the most important are economists.
