Technical analysis is the best analysis that traders can do rather than fundamental analysis because technical analysis tries to predict prices using all the reasons that change prices. and The break out strategy is one of the most popular trading strategies. if some traders are wrong in applying it, maybe because they don't understand the basic rules of strategy. Therefore, a trader must have or choose the appropriate strategy (comfort) with his trading style.
