How many Pairs and Strategies Do you follow?

well m new so i normally use the pairs eurusd and gbpusd.......well reson mit be like a starting thing and also a bit confident in it as a start a bit more predicable :P .........and starategy is not tht advanced or sofisticated but even sometimes i depend on my own prediction's

Following two or three pairs does not mean that you have to monitor all three charts at the same time, not if you are a swing trader.
You carry out your analysis on each chart seperately and set your pending orders with their respective take profits trailing stops and stop loss.
This gives you flexibility such that when one pair is inactive or in sideways consolidation phase, you can trade another pair.

I follow 3 - 4 currency pairs like USD / JPY , EUR / USD , USD / CHF , GBP / USD and do my analysis in all of them and trade in them.Although my strategy is the same and i use a common strategy while trading and use few guidelines like control of emotions and put Stop Loss and take profit at times to all my trades.

i was trying to trades gold besides the major pairs once. but i was shocked about the spread! so i stop and go back to the major pairs.

-one strategy, one plan
-each pair which spread is lower or around 10 pips, but pay attention to correlation.

Volatile pairs can bring in much pips within short time but the downside is that if we get on the wrong side they give no time for correction

Main bahut pair me trade karta hu par zyada tar eurusd , audusd and usdjpy me trade karta hu kyunki mujhe isme acha profit mil jaata hain. Kabhi kabhi oil me bhi trade karta hoon.

i trade one pair and that euro.usd,this is because it make me to understand analytical part of the pair unlike when you have many pair in your account.i advise traders especially new ones to handle one pair. you feel more free and have your comfidence.

I trade mostly with currencies that are paired with USD. for example, EUR/USD, GPB/USD, AUD/USD, NZD/USD. This is because dollar is the most powerful currency of the world and more than 85% of the news affects the price of dollars. That's why we see more fluctuation in dollars pairs than any others.

the one who experienced in forex should use more than one pair at one time...as newbies has little knowledge.....so u should concerntrate in one pair then u should go ahead

nor because a lot of professional traders to trade on a single pair chose just that they choose from many of the most currency pairs gives the best chance
