In my opinion , I think that the worst time to trade in Forex is the time when the market stays in a small range for a long time because there is no liquidity and the big players don't participate in the market , it's the worst time because you can't make any profit even if you stay inside the market for a long time.

yeah for some traders ranging market will be boring because they can't make a clear analysis for the trend and can't make profit from it. but we know there is will be a good chance for scalping traders, because a good time for scalping is when the market is ranging. they can take a short trade and taking profit from a small range.

Bhai euro bank holiday agar hota hai to tab humare liye waise to trade hi karna bekar hota hai kyunki market mein movement nahi hoti hai bhai, lekin movement kafi achi tarah se humare ko samjhana hota hai trend ke sath hi order lena hota hai to usse koi fark nahi padta hai ki bank holiday hai ya nahi bhai.
