How do you prevent Margin call?

No...if you have a floating negative position don't wait the market to go back...probably it never will. Just used stop loss and if the market hit it then trade again the next day. Sometimes the market trend can go on for long days and your negative draw down may end your account in margin call.

I prefer to use stop loss to prevent Margin Call. It is possible to use low leverage too because low leverage
will allow few margin free only so if the limit will be high enough and you could still trade with your left funds
with higher leverage. But it's more secure to use Stop Loss.

Most importantly, always disciplined in any condition. either profit or loss. Do not over-lot, over trade. and always go with a good analysis. you should always calculate the risk that you can receive.

there is nothing that we can do to prevent Margin Call except you have good money management and less risk management system but in my opinion prevention is so better .... i hope good earning for you my brother ................ good luck

In fact it is only one thing and easy thing we can do to prevent margin call first thing to kill our greedy and trade according to our money management rules with out greedy like a robot then the second thing is to find good strategy and test it in demo and if it gives good results then we can trade by it in real account and we will make good results as in demo account and by that way we have prevent margin call.

Yes they just keep hoping that the price will finally come in their favor and in this type of condition usually they get mc.sl is the best method to avoid mc.

But if your position keep floating for a long time than you can hedge it or use cut loss to prevent margin call if you didn't entered a sl value in your trade.

Your idea to wait for prices to come back again I think is very good. but it is very difficult to do if we do not have good emotional control.
because in a state of loss, our emotions are very disturbed and it affects us to analyze it properly. If we correct the analyst then we can save money. but if our analysis is wrong, we actually increase our losses.
