How to Identify the Good and True Trend

apart from the wide array of technical indicators and chart setups which we have we also need to concentrate on the price action and see what the price is trying to do where the market is trying to go and what is the general market sentiment

There are a lot of indicators in the market which will help to identify a good trend.
usually ADX is a good indicator which will say the strength or trend.with addition to it MACD, bolliger bands will help to identify trend.

by apply prper technical studies we can find a true trend or trend recognition i always use
MACD,RSI, and bolinger band on H1 chart.when the trend confirmed by these three indicators
then its confirmed for me as well i enter to get profit and make a exit strategy as well .

True trend pata kernay kay liay daily chart ko daykhna cheay. agar aap daily chart may line chart apply karain to aap ko saaf saaf pata chal jaey ga kay market kay trend kya hay, phir ossi hisaab say aap apni trading ker saktay hain.

market is always ranging in lower time frame if you want to minimize your trading risks you must trade on longer time frames. Its easy and should minimize your losses that you are suffering by using very little time frames. True trends are noticed by daily and 4 hour charts.

First we have to be a trend based on 3 resistances or three supports at least, then wait for the trend picked up at the fourth, do price will rebound from this point or not, if the price defected enter buy or sell depending on the trend, bullish or bearish, either if it is broken trend, wait for re-testing, and see whether price will continue to break the trend, or will return again, I hope that explained

I think you cant use support and resistance for finding out the direction.Its only use to find out whether the market rests or holds the price at a particular price.
concept like elliots wave theory can used or bollinger bands and ADX can be used.

I think you can identify good trend of the market if you able to analysis market signals, graphs, news and you do technical analysis and predict the market situation and take good decisions.
