I agree with you in this post i think its very necessary for a trader to know the basics of the trading if the trader does not know the basics of the Forex trading than he cannot make the required success if the trader has the sufficient amount of the knowledge than he can get success.

great thread. simlpy this is the basic knowledge for all newbies. all the basic things you need to start trading . before enter in real trading you must need a good broker, a good knowledge about money management, time and well mind. if you enter with all this you will got the success.

When trading Forex you will often see a two-sided quote, consisting of a 'bid' and 'offer'. The 'bid' is the price at which you can sell the base currency (at the same time buying the counter currency). The 'ask' is the price at which you can buy the base currency (at the same time selling the counter currency).

yes , i think so most important indicator of economic health in a country. A country's Central Bank has expected growth outlooks each year that determine how fast a country should grow as measured by GDP. When GDP falls below market expectations, currency values tend to fall and when GDP beats market expectations, currency values tend to rise.

Forex is an amazing source of earning money but it require lots of hard work and dedication..

i think that forex trading has some basic requirements....first of all, it is very important that we have alot of knowledge about forex market and forex trading and we should learn well about forex trading....then we should be able to put that knowledge into a strategy and test that strategy on demo account....thirdly, we should have some money, which we can afford to loose....so then we can combine these three things and trade sensibly...it is also important that we should learn from our mistakes and do not repeat it again and again.....
