Yes its very important to know very much about forex and make you own trading strategies and test it on demo account if you seriously want making money from forex .you can trade forex like betting .

of course an trader mustly need to know that what`s are the basic of this market and who drive it, why it`s move so by knowing that he`ll get the knowledge and will try to make sure that what`s he`s trying to do in this market should be in profit.

A trader must always try to minimize his losses and trade with less and low risks as it is very important for a trader.Also it is better to put stop loss to all your trades.
