I think both have excellent trading style all depends on the properties owned by the trader. if a trader very aggressive in taking positions, better to do short term trading. for long term trading was very slow and rarely open position if it does not have the proper RR. if you want to trade relaxed trade in the long term is the right choice in my opinion

I prefer short term to long term,i like earnings and get clear position daily.By trading intraday i will not be bothered by the market condition after i leave the market,so i can enjoy my other life.I believe it is also good for all trader but i have no a big capital,that is why the actual short term can be quite acceptable to me and also i prefer to view my own trading and also consider my own revenue rapidly.
