it depends on your own personality and what kind of trader you are, basically long term trading require more patience, so if you don't have patience and you like short term trading try it on demo for few months, if you are profitable keep doing it, if you are not try long term trading as the ultimate goal is to earn profit from the market, doesn't matter long term or short term

I used to be a long term trader. I may hold my positions even 2-3 months sometimes, i cant able to see the platform all the time. So only, long term trading is suitable for me. In this method also good profit, but we want to wait for a long time to make profit. but i want to try to be a short term trader to get faster profit.
