Normally I use Short trade pattern.I think it is very helpful to me.It never wast your time.But don't make so many trades at one time.
I use H4,H1 time frames.sometimes use M15 to catch the trend...Try to close all your trades between 24 hours and Start new trades day by day..

i love to do scalping because it is much effective for me, if we have enough balace in our accounts then we have to do long term trading but if we do not have enough balance in our accounts then we have to do short term trading
