Short term forex trading or Long term forex trading?

i wait to trade as i want the price in determine level and enter position it may take long time to take my target so i long term may be i enter position with short term

For me, I like short term Forex trading, because I don't have patience to wait for a long time. I am happy if I earn only a few pips, and then when I reach my target, I stop trading for that day. I have tried long term trading and I have not been successful so I chose short time trading and it has been good to me.

It is always good to follow what best suits for us, and through which we are making profits.
I am not following any specific trading method and i do follow both short term as well as long term trading depending on the market condition which suits me.

Short term trading or intraday trader, will only last between a few minutes to less than 24HR, long term traders are those who hold their position to a day to months...depends on how the market move.

Short term trading can give me peace of mind. I need to have my open position closed before sleeping. I dont like worrying about it. So maybe I could never be a good swing trader because of my attitude. At present I scalp and do intraday trading...all short term.

Forex trading is a trading in which the traders trade their trading through two ways short time and long time trading.i am a student so i think short time trading is important for me.

Usually, (but not always), a pair has a bullish week, or a bearish week, and I can see holding pairs for that long, or sometimes longer. However, there are ways to trade short-term and make money. It's your risk-reward ratio. I bet $100 the yankees will win, and if they lose you win $20. You can use support and resistance, and use a 20 pip s/l with a 80 pip tp, or whatever. Many people have 1:1 risk/reward, and I've been guilty of it myself, when really a 1:5 or higher could be better. The point is if you had a casino, and you were the house, you would make more money the more people placed bets, more than just having 2 or 3 wealthy losers. Depends on the amount of money you have also, with enough money, it would make sense only to trade long-term, but until people can get to that level, I would think that most people would prefer to mix it up.
