i am perefer short term trade and it is very good for me and i am get that profit which i am earn at the spot and stop the trade when i am get some profit and i think it is very good for all and if we go for big profit then greed is the cause of loss and we have to avoid by that and keep cool mind at the time of trading.

i prefer always short term treading.short term treading is very help full for us.but long term treading is very risky in forex business.if we to become a good trader then we can tread in long term tread in forex.otherwise we loss for long tread in forex.

you are right, but i think large margin is very needed by this strategies and how if the trader only have a little funds for it?i used scalping, intra day and also long term and i used them depended to the condition...
i hope that we get profit with consistent...good luck my friend

certainly trading with blindly is amazingly bad for all those traders, it no more than make blowing our account. this happen as a result of we dont apply the sensible rules such us cash management and risk management, we only do trading like gambling while not creating sensible analysis and strategy, even not using any strategy, its extremely bad for traders.

Both short term and long term trading have their own advantages and since different traders have different strategy and different trading styles , I would say both are good but long term traders make more money as compared to short term traders.

I choose to short time. Used the scalping strategy for some currency that have fast movements. It's need your ability to use pending order and set up your take profit. Don't forget to set up the size for your defence not to trade more than 20% of your account balanced.
