What will do When you are in low spirit in forex trade?

i say that it is important for us we use our fresh mind in business and we know the market right situation and we understand our forex market completely and we work hard in business and we know our market right ways and it is important for us we work in market with relax mind then we make our trading profitable and forex business give us good earning easily when we follow the market current situations

Most of the time we are motivated while trading in the forex market as we know the volatility of the forex market but at the same time we must have to understand that we have to trade without mistakes so that we will not get loss from our trades. For that we must have to avoid overtrading and emotions and if we will able to do it properly then we will be profitable from our trading. and ultimately our trading spirit will increase and we can make consistant profit.

Yes dear low in spirit its better to stay away from trading for a while because we wont be able to concentrate on what we are doing and most of the time will always do a wrong thing, in fact our low spirit will be reflected in what ever we do. So i what i would do is stop trading, and take profit and enjoy the life good earning who you take your own good experiece..

When ever i suffer any huge loss in forex...... i would rather take a break for 1-2 days and then i came back after researching all my mistakes i did in my previous deals and then i try to ignore them in further trading..

For my opening when we do not have good spirit then we have to stay away from trading, because low spirit will effect on my decisions and that make us take bad decisions, we need to trade with good and suitable spirit.
