If am in low spirit of trading I think it will be better for me if I do not trade that day because trading will result to lose that day so it will be better if I do not trade @ all, forex is a risky business so we need to always stay safe.

I never trade when my mood is not fresh, when i am upset, or when i have short time..... i mostly trade when i am happy because when you are sad or low spirit it is impossible to trade well .... thanks.....
